The Mindset Clinic runs FREE guided mediation sessions. The sessions take place online via Zoom the third Monday of each month at 20:00 -21:00 (London).
The sessions are structured in two halves. The first half is spent learning a new mindset tool(s) and I end the session with a guided meditation or guided visualisation. The theme changes each month and I welcome suggestions for topics you would like me to cover.
The sessions started up in 2020 in Lockdown. I felt frustrated that there were many people who were struggling with anxiety, fear, loneliness, health conditions and financial difficulties. I wanted to to help relieve the stress and worry of uncertain times so I created the sessions to teach people tools and techniques to manage their mindsets. You don’t have to be a client of The Mindset Clinic to participate. The Rest Reset & Relaxation sessions are open to anyone who would like to learn how to manage their emotional state, achieve deep relaxation, improve health and wellbeing and learn mind hacks to improve their life.
